Ingredients

Scale
  • Pork Steak
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1/3 Cup Agave Syrup or honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger Root, minced

Instructions

  1. Place pork steak in a large resealable bag or container
  2. In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients
  3. Pour over pork steak, seal bag and massage to incorporate ingredients
  4. Marinate several hours or overnight
  5. Heat grill to medium high
  6. Grill about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the pork
