Ingredients

Apple Yogurt

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup apple pie filling, cut the apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pudding

  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half {you can also use milk, but the half-and-half makes them creamy}
  • 10 vanilla wafers, crushed

Garnish {optional}

  • COOL WHIP Whipped Topping or whipping cream
  • Sprinkles

Supplies

  • Paper cups, 5 or 7 ounce size
  • Plastic Wrap
  • Wooden popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, applesauce and cinnamon
  2. Slightly chop apples in the apple pie filling, fold into yogurt mixture
  3. In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix with half-and-half, whisk until creamy, about 2 minutes
  4. Combine yogurt mixture and pudding
  5. Spoon into paper cups
  6. In a resealable bag, crush vanilla wafers, then sprinkle on top of apple mixture
  7. Cover cup with a piece of plastic wrap, and insert a popsicle stick into the center
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight
  9. To serve, cut or peel off paper cup, add a spoonful of whipped topping and sprinkles if desired
  10. Serve immediately, store leftovers in freezer
