Apple Yogurt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup apple pie filling, cut the apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pudding
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half {you can also use milk, but the half-and-half makes them creamy}
- 10 vanilla wafers, crushed
Garnish {optional}
- COOL WHIP Whipped Topping or whipping cream
- Sprinkles
Supplies
- Paper cups, 5 or 7 ounce size
- Plastic Wrap
- Wooden popsicle sticks
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, applesauce and cinnamon
- Slightly chop apples in the apple pie filling, fold into yogurt mixture
- In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix with half-and-half, whisk until creamy, about 2 minutes
- Combine yogurt mixture and pudding
- Spoon into paper cups
- In a resealable bag, crush vanilla wafers, then sprinkle on top of apple mixture
- Cover cup with a piece of plastic wrap, and insert a popsicle stick into the center
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight
- To serve, cut or peel off paper cup, add a spoonful of whipped topping and sprinkles if desired
- Serve immediately, store leftovers in freezer
