Description
These Four Cheddar Garden Burgers are packed with flavor, add bacon and tomatoes to the top and you have a burger that is out of this world good!
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup Sargento Chef Blends 4 State Cheddar
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup oyster crackers
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped roughly
- 6 strips bacon
- Buns
Instructions
- Combine cheese, kale, crackers and onions in the food processor and chop finely
- Add mixture to ground beef, mix well and form into patties
- Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes flipping once
- Add more cheese on top and either cover with foil or melt the cheese by placing burgers in the oven for a few minutes, watch closely
- Top with cooked bacon, sliced tomatoes
- Serve immediately
