Delicious and easy Pico de Gallo Recipe from PocketChangeGourmet.com
Serves: 2 cups
  • 1½ cups tomatoes, diced and seeded {we used Romas}
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Place in fridge at least 30 minutes for the flavors to blend
  3. Be sure to cover it or your fridge will smell spicy
  4. Serve with chips, tacos, quesadillas or any Mexican dish
