Layered BLT Salad

A cool, crisp salad perfect for a hot summer night. Recipe from
  • 1 package (12 ounce) bacon, cooked
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4-6 tomatoes {depending on size}
  • 1 bag of croutons or make your own
  • ½ cup Fisher Sliced Almonds
  • ¼ cup Fisher Dried Cranberries
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • pinch of ground black pepper
  1. Cook the bacon, let cool
  2. While the bacon is cooking, mix up the dressing.
  3. Chop the lettuce and slice tomatoes
  4. Divide all ingredients in half
  5. In a large bowl, layer the ingredients in this order; croutons, lettuce, tomato, bacon, dressing, repeat
  6. Sprinkle with almonds and dried cranberries
  7. Serve with extra dressing
