Easy and quick Bruschetta, perfect as an appetizer or even a side dish. Recipe from PocketChangeGourmet.com
  1. Slice bread in 1 " thick slices
  2. Brush on olive oil and lightly toast in a 350 F oven
  3. Top with sliced mozzarella and tomatoes
  4. Toast in 375 F oven until cheese is all melty and bubbly
  5. Remove from oven and add fresh basil and a splash of Nakano Basil & Oregano Seasoned Rice Vinegar prior to serving
