Fruit Parfaits with Creamy Lime Dip

A fun way to enjoy Summer fruit for a picnic, potluck or 4th of July

Serves: 16-18 servings
  • Fresh fruit - your favorites, cut into small pieces
Creamy Lime Dip
  • 1 package {8 oz} cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed (you can a little more if you want the dip thinned)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping or Whipping Cream
  1. Clean and cut fruit
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, limeade and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping
  4. In a small glass for individual servings or a bowl layer fruit, top with dip
  5. Serve immediately or cover and keep in fridge up to 2 hours before serving, store leftovers in fridge
