Grilled Margarita Chicken Kabobs

A recipe that will have the whole family talking. Recipe from
  • 2-3 boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Jose Cuervo Classic Lime Margarita Mix
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Serrano Pepper, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  1. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Mix all ingredients for marinade in a medium bowl.
  3. Add chicken to marinade and cover, place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Soak bamboo skewers for 20 minutes and thread chicken onto skewers leaving space between each piece.
  5. Grill over medium high direct heat for 12-15 minutes turning every 2-3 minutes.
Liz says...While I wasn't crazy about the flavor, it wasn't terrible.

Doug says... I really love the lime flavor the Margarita mix added and it was easy to put together. Next time I think I'll add another pepper to the marinade for a little more kick.
