Cheesy Chili Dip Recipe

A perfect dip for Mexican night, Movie Night or anytime. Recipe from
  • 1 pkg {8 oz.} cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cans (15 oz) chili without beans
  • 2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning {we make our own}
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 small tomato, chopped {optional}
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced {optional}
  1. Soften cream cheese and stir until smooth
  2. Add chili, taco seasoning, cheese and garlic
  3. Stir until well combined
  4. Place in oven safe or microwave safe dish
  5. To bake in oven - preheat to 350 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling
  6. To microwave - cook for 5 minutes
  7. Garnish with tomatoes and green onions {if desired} and serve with chips
Liz says...this recipe can also be cut in half, but we always make a full batch because it disappears quickly

Doug says...LOVE this dip! I could eat the whole dish full!
