Homemade Meatballs are quick & easy to make. Recipe from PocketChangeGourmet.com
Serves: 48 meatballs, small to average size
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ½ pound Pork Sausage or Ground Turkey
  • ¾ cup oats, quick cooking
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Holland House Sherry Cooking Wine
Cooking Meatballs
  • 1 cup flour
  • Canola Oil
  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined
  2. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet
  3. Roll meatballs in flour, and fry in oil about 2-3 minutes turning once
  4. Place meatballs in 13x9
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes
  6. Serve with spaghetti sauce, barbecue sauce, or make Meatball Subs
