Wonton and Mushroom Soup

  • 32 ounces of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced thin
  • ¼ cup Nakano All-Natural Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 12 wontons (store bought or make your own)
  • 2-3 green onions, chopped for garnishing
  1. In a large pot combine the broth, water, mushrooms, Nakano All-Natural Rice Vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Add wontons and cook till heated through.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Garnish with green onion.
