Sausage Casserole Recipe
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
- 6 slices of white bread, cubed
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
- Cook and drain sausage, set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs, add the milk, salt and mustard. Stir in the bread cubes, cheese and sausage.
- Pour into a greased baking pan (11×7) Cover and place in fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
- Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes of until knife inserted comes out clean.
