A new kind of after school snack! Delight your kids with this pretzel crust pizza!

Serves: 8 servings
  • 1 box pretzel dough - we used Fleischmann's Simple Homemade Pretzel Creations
  • ¼ cup baking soda
  • 1½ cups warm water
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package pepperoni
  • kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  1. take dough out of package, coating in oil and letting rise for a half hour
  2. preheat oven to 425 degrees
  3. dissolve baking soda into warm water
  4. dunk the dough into the water
  5. place dough onto cooking pan, spreading it into desired pizza shape
  6. bake for 7 minutes, or until golden brown
  7. spread cheese sauce over the crust, leaving an inch around the edge
  8. top with shredded cheese and pepperoni
  9. bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted
  10. brush the edge with butter and top with salt
