These Easy Homemade Pancakes are light and fluffy - just like Mom used to make.
Recipe type: Breakfast
Serves: 6 pancakes
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoons salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil - I use Canola
  • cooking spray
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add egg, milk and oil and mix well.
  3. Heat griddle and coat with cooking spray.
  4. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto hot griddle.
  5. Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes, and flip to cook the other side.
  6. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
You can easily double this recipe.
