Fabulous Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp. Recipe from
  • ⅓ cup oil {Olive or Canola is best}
  • Zest of one lemon
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped Italian Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 pounds large shrimp with tails, 21-25 size
  • Wooden Skewers for Grilling
  • Bamboo Frills Picks for serving {optional}
  1. In a non-metallic bowl, combine all ingredients except shrimp
  2. Soak wooden skewers at least 30 minutes
  3. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving on the tails
  4. Add shrimp to marinade and toss to coat
  5. Cover and refrigerate 1½ hours
  6. Remove from marinade and thread onto skewers
  7. Grill over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, flip and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes
  8. Remove immediately from heat when shrimp turn pink
