A little twist on an old fashion recipe that your mom would love. Recipe from
Serves: 6-8 pancakes
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk {a little less or a little more is fine depending on the consistency you like}
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ⅔ cup fresh apples, chopped finely
  1. In a large measuring cup, combine the dry ingredients and wet ingredients together and mix well
Cooking Pancakes
  1. Heat griddle and coat with cooking spray
  2. Add about ¼ cup of batter onto hot griddle
  3. Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes, flip and cook other side
  4. Top with Homemade Fried Apples
