Serves: 6-8 pancakes
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk {a little less or a little more is fine depending on the consistency you like}
  • 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
  1. In a large measuring cup, combine the dry ingredients
  2. Add to a resealable bag and mark with date and wet ingredients needed
Cooking Pancakes
  1. Heat griddle and coat with cooking spray
  2. Add dry ingredients to a measuring cup or bowl, add wet ingredients and mix well
  3. Add about ¼ cup of batter onto hot griddle
  4. Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes, flip and cook other side
Notes
Recipe makes 6-8 pancakes depending on size
