Ingredients

- 1/2 pound Deli Roast Beef or leftover Roast
- 4 tablespoons Homemade Barbecue Sauce or your favorite
- 1 cup of Coleslaw Cabbage Mixture
- 1 cup of Lettuce, finely chopped
- Hidden Valley Coleslaw Dressing, enough to make mixture creamy
- Red Onions, thinly sliced (optional)
- 2 Deli Style Buns
Instructions
- Chop Roast Beef and add to small saucepan on the stove, add Barbecue Sauce and heat through, about 2-3 minutes, remove from heat
- Add Coleslaw Cabbage Mixture and Lettuce to small bowl and stir in Hidden Valley Coleslaw Dressing gradually until creamy
- Add beef to bun, top with Coleslaw mixture and red onions
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 2 minutes
