Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Deli Roast Beef or leftover Roast
  • 4 tablespoons Homemade Barbecue Sauce or your favorite
  • 1 cup of Coleslaw Cabbage Mixture
  • 1 cup of Lettuce, finely chopped
  • Hidden Valley Coleslaw Dressing, enough to make mixture creamy
  • Red Onions, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 Deli Style Buns


Instructions

  1. Chop Roast Beef and add to small saucepan on the stove, add Barbecue Sauce and heat through, about 2-3 minutes, remove from heat
  2. Add Coleslaw Cabbage Mixture and Lettuce to small bowl and stir in Hidden Valley Coleslaw Dressing gradually until creamy
  3. Add beef to bun, top with Coleslaw mixture and red onions
