- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 1/2 pound spaghetti, uncooked
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 peppers, sliced thinly {red, green, orange and/or yellow}
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in boiling water as directed on the box.
- Slice chicken into thin strips.
- Add dressing to large skillet and heat.
- Add the chicken and garlic, cook for 3 minutes or until chicken is done with no pink inside
- Add vegetables, broth and peanut butter.
- Stir-fry for additional 3-4 minutes.
- Drain spaghetti, stir into chicken mixture and soy sauce.
- Heat through.
