Ingredients

- 1 pkg {8 oz.} cream cheese, softened
- 2 cans (15 oz) chili without beans
- 2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning {we make our own}
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 small tomato, chopped {optional}
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced {optional}
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese and stir until smooth
- Add chili, taco seasoning, cheese and garlic
- Stir until well combined
- Place in oven safe or microwave safe dish
- To bake in oven – preheat to 350 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling
- To microwave – cook for 5 minutes
- Garnish with tomatoes and green onions {if desired} and serve with chips

Liz says…this recipe can also be cut in half, but we always make a full batch because it disappears quickly
