Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerrets, cooked
- 2–3 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces or smaller
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup herb or chicken stuffing mix (or seasoned bread crumbs)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or whatever you like)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, light coat 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray
- Add cooked broccoli to the baking dish
- Add salt to chicken to taste, add on top of broccoli
- Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice, spread over chicken using the back of spoon to spread
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over soup mixture
- Combine melted butter and stuffing mix and sprinkle over cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until stuffing mix is golden brown and soup mixture is bubbly
Notes
This recipe can easily be doubled to make in a 13×9 baking dish.
