Ingredients

  • Spiral ham or ham of your choice
  • 1 can pineapple slices, drained – reserve juice
  • 1 cup {or so} brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Place ham in large roasting pan
  3. Add whole cloves by pushing them into the ham
  4. Drain pineapple, reserve the juice in a measuring cup
  5. Add enough brown sugar to the juice to create a glaze
  6. Pour 1/2 glaze over ham
  7. Using toothpicks, add pineapple slices
  8. Pour remaining glaze over ham
  9. Cook at 325 degrees: 10-15 minutes per pound or according to packaging on ham

Notes

When buying your ham, allow 1/2 – 3/4 pounds per person, of course, larger if you want leftovers.
