Quick and refreshing – this Berry Punch Recipe is perfect for any special occasion or whip up a batch to sip on the porch!

  • Total Time: 10 mins
  • Yield: 5, 16 ounce glasses of juice 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle Cranberry Raspberry Juice (64 oz)
  • 1 bottle Sparkling Apple Cider (750mL)
  • Fresh Blueberries, washed
  • Fresh Raspberries, washed
  • Fresh Strawberries, washed and cubed
  • Filtered water, optional
  • Fresh Limes, Sliced, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place berries into ice cube trays. Add water and place into the freezer for 2-3 hours or overnight or until frozen.
  2. The ratio of the juice is: 2 cups of cranberry juice to every 1 cup of sparkling cider. Pour 2 cups of juice and 1 cup of cider into your pitcher until full. Leave enough space for the ice cubes.
  3. Add ice cubes just before serving and stir.
  4. Garnish glasses with a lime slice and fun paper straw.

Notes

A 6 ounce container of raspberries and blueberries is fine. You’ll use about 1/3 of the container. Depending on the size of the strawberries you may only need 4-6 berries.
