Ingredients

Sauce
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2–4 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, dissolve cornstarch in water
- Add other ingredients and whisk together
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, 10 -15 minutes
- Add meatballs to sauce
Meatballs on a Stick
- Serve on a wooden skewer with sauce for dipping
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
