What to serve with Asian Braised Beef Stew?

While it certainly pairs well with classic potatoes and vegetables, we like to mix up the sides on this stew.

  • Serve it with quick cooking rice noodles, quinoa, or jasmine rice.
  • Garlic green beans, honey roasted carrots, or steamed broccoli make simple, healthy sides.
  • Pickled red onions also make an amazing topper for this dish. The bright acidic flavor complements the savory sweetness.
