  1. These all are amazing! You seriously have some amazing recipes and creative ideas. I was wondering about your photography… I’ve noticed it’s gotten better than some of your past posts… I was wondering what you did to improve your photography. Love all of these! 🙂

    • Thanks Desi! We haven’t really changed our photography since last Fall when we bought a Canon camera. I think the more you use a camera, the better you become at taking pictures.
So glad you enjoyed the recipes!

      • Thanks! Is that a dslr? I just got one for Christmas and finally purchased a lens so hope to be using it soon and seeing a good difference. But I know lighting has a lot to do with it. Do you only photograph during the morning or early afternoon? Because during winter it gets dark at like 5:30 PM so it’s hard to photograph dinner meals. Any advice? Thanks Liz!

        • Yes we have a DSLR D40, it’s an older model, but works just fine. We try to shoot between 9 and 3, ALWAYS withOUT a flash and next to a window. We do struggle shooting dinner, so we usually either make it early, and keep it warm, or shoot the leftovers {if there are any} the following day.
Hope that helps! Let me know if you have more questions, I’m happy to help.
