- 1½ cups Silk Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
- 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk - regular or fat-free
- 1 teaspoon Mint Extract or Flavoring
- Mix all ingredients together, whisking until smooth
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator
- Use in coffee, shakes, smoothies, lattes and more
