With Summer cookouts and entertaining upon us, we are all looking for special drinks to serve our guests. Whether you are hosting an elegant dinner party or a casual potluck, drinks are always a special part of your get together.
Today we have teamed up with Silk to share one of their new recipes from their Silkology Facebook page. We love strawberry and bananas in just about any drink, so when we spotted the Everything Nice drink made with Silk Strawberry Banana Fruit & Protein, we knew it would be delicious.
One of best things about the drinks on the Silkology Facebook page, besides the flavor, is they are all easy and can be served with a variety of dishes. Because I’m a chocolate girl at heart, I thought the Chocola-Di-Da looked scrumptious and Doug thought the Summer Splash with Mango and Cucumbers sounded delicious.
So we comprised and decided to whip up a Strawberry Banana Mocktail to share with you.
Everything Nice Recipe {for each drink}
- 3 oz Silk Fruit and Protein Strawberry Banana
- 8 mint leaves
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey syrup
- Fresh Strawberries and Mint leaves for garnish {optional}
Honey Syrup
- 1 part honey
- 1 part hot water
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add 1 cup of ice and shake well. Pour over ice and garnish with a strawberry and mint leaf if desired.
