Rush-Rush-Rush, sometimes that’s the theme playing in my head instead of Ho-Ho-Ho during the holidays. With all the recipes and decorating and crafts that we share, to the kids school functions, their games and choir concerts. It can be a daunting task to find all the time and money to accomplish everything and sometimes it just seems easier to skip some of the functions.

And while not everyone has the time to put out a big spread for the kids or just looking for last minute snack ideas I find the convenience of stopping by my local Murphy USA station really helps out this time of year. Not only to save time but they also have some great deals on gas and quick snacks like M&M’s and Snickers just to name a few. And they always seem to be running a special on drinks.

After running late as is becoming the norm this time of year I decided to grab some snacks and drinks for the kids for after Casey’s choir concert. They were so enamored with the kiddie cocktail I whipped up that I thought I’d share the recipe with you.

First gather your ingredients…

Mixed according to recipe directions…with a cranberry flavored juice

Or you can use orange juice…

And don’t forget the snacks…
