Happy Memorial Day! We hope you are enjoying a relaxing weekend! We had planned on sharing the June Menu Plan later this week, but after planning the week, there were several recipes we wanted to share, so we decided to keep the schedule the same.

We have lots of excitement in our house this month…Nick graduates from High School, Casey turns 15 and we start travelling with Summer Baseball. And we can’t forget Father’s Day too! Our menu is easy, simple but full of flavor!
