Packed full of delicious, healthy ingredients, these California Wraps make a great lunch at home, the office or on-the-go!
Because I work at home, I am constantly struggling with the decision of what to have for lunch. I know, it really shouldn’t be that difficult – leftovers, salad, soup, sandwich. But honestly, most of the time, I am so busy that I don’t take time to eat. And then by dinner, I’m starving and end up eating way too much food, and snacking all evening long.
We are also trying hard to eat healthier and take better care of ourselves by eating fresh ingredients and drinking lots of water and green smoothies.
This California Wrap was super easy to put together. I started with a Spinach Herb Wrap, then added a couple handfuls of Broccoli Slaw. On top of the slaw mix, I added a spoonful of fresh Pico de gallo, sliced cucumbers, and diced avocado.
And for added health benefits, I added a pouch of Chicken of the Sea Lemon Pepper Salmon. We are always looking to add nutrients were we can and salmon contains high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids and is good for our heart health, which is an added bonus.

- Wraps - we used Spinach Herb
- 1 pouch Chicken of the Sea Lemon Pepper Salmon
- Broccoli Slaw - available in the produce section
- Sliced Cucumber
- Fresh Pico de gallo or chopped tomatoes
- Chopped Avocado
- Add a couple handfuls of broccoli slaw to the center of the wrap
- Top with other ingredients
- Wrap and enjoy
