If you are a traveler, you may have had Biscoff Cookies, the name given to the traditional Speculoos biscuits in North America. It’s derived from the combination of words Biscuit and Coffee, simply because their caramel flavor and crisp texture make these cookies the perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee or espresso drink.

To accompany the delicious cookies, there is also a Biscoff Spread, an European alternative to Peanut Butter. So to celebrate the “Spread the Love” contest, we whipped up a creamy Biscoff Chocolate Milkshake.

This thick and creamy milkshake starts with chocolate ice cream (my favorite) and the combination of regular milk and buttermilk gives it even more creaminess. Add in some chocolate syrup and Biscoff spread for even more flavor and you have a delicious, cool treat!

Biscoff Spread is made with original Biscoff Cookies {57% for Creamy version, 65% for Crunchy version}.  It has a creamy and smooth structure with consistency of peanut butter. The Spread contains no artificial colors or preservatives, 0 grams of cholesterol and 0 grams of trans fat per serving and it is free of nuts! Produced in a facility where no other products containing nuts are produced or handled. Making it a good alternative to those with nut allergies!
