Today we are sharing the recipe for the Baked Chicken Nuggets that Doug made while in New York City with the Hellmann’s Real Foodie Team and Chef Tim Love.  They go together in just minutes, and if you cut your chicken up ahead of time…it’s even quicker!

Baked Chicken Nuggets with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Scale
  • pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • ¾ cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
  2. Combine Hellmann’s mayonnaise, barbecue sauce and Dijon mustard. Reserve ½ cup for dipping.
  3. Toss chicken in mixture until coated well.
  4. Roll in bread crumbs to cover.
  5. Arrange on baking sheet.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Serve with Dipping Sauce
  • Prep Time: 10 mins
  • Cook Time: 15 mins

  2. Although they look wonderful, I couldn’t get past the use of 3/4 cup mayonnaise, even if it was light mayonnaise.

    • Hi there, that amount of mayonnaise includes enough for dipping as well. 1/2 cup of the mixture is reserved for dipping.

  3. These were delicious! The dipping sauce tasted amazing! I will definitely make this recipe again!
